These Terms and Conditions apply to all training, materials, and competency services supplied by Clinical Excellence Ltd. By booking or attending training, clients and learners agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Us
Clinical Excellence Ltd provides short course training, training materials, and competency assessment services.
2. Training Services
Training courses are delivered at awareness level unless otherwise agreed in writing. Training does not confer clinical competence unless accompanied by a formal competency assessment provided by Clinical Excellence Ltd.
Course duration, delivery method, location, and content will be confirmed at the time of booking. Courses may be tailored to client requirements.
3. Bookings
All bookings are confirmed in writing (usually by email). The booking confirmation forms part of the contract between Clinical Excellence Ltd and the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that:
- The training venue is suitable and safe where training is delivered on their premises
- Learner numbers do not exceed agreed limits
4. Fees and Payment
Course fees, travel costs, and any additional charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice. Certificates may be withheld until payment is received in full.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be clearly stated in the booking confirmation.
Late cancellations may result in the full course fee being payable.
Clinical Excellence Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training due to unforeseen circumstances. Liability for consequential losses is excluded.
6. Attendance
Learners must arrive on time and attend the full course. Late arrival or non-attendance may result in refusal of entry without refund.
7. Trainers
All trainers are suitably qualified and experienced. Trainers remain employees or contractors of Clinical Excellence Ltd and must not be engaged directly without written permission.
All training materials remain the intellectual property of Clinical Excellence Ltd.
8. Equality and Professional Conduct
Clinical Excellence Ltd is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing. Clinical Excellence Ltd will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Data Protection
Clinical Excellence Ltd processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Data is used for administration, certification, and communication purposes only.

11. Competency Assessments
Where competency assessments are provided, these are based on direct observation and apply only to the occasion assessed. Clinical Excellence Ltd reserves the right to refuse competency sign-off where standards are not met.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
